AGRICULTURE INDEX PRICE OPTION

Your monthly payment for your natural gas usage will be calculated using the proper Index Pricing formula based on the Panhandle Index at the time of your sign up with Uncle Frank for your natural gas commodity service.

MARKET INDEX RATE PRICE OPTION

| $0.30/therm per month

You will received a fixed adder rate per therm of $0.30/therm per month.

MARKET INDEX RATE GREEN PRICE OPTION

| Market Index + $0.10/therm per month

If you would like to green up your gas, we will add $0.10/therm per month to the fixed price. By electing this option, Uncle Frank will purchase Green-e certified offsets in order to reduce the carbon emissions from the natural gas commodity you use. You will receive a fixed rate per therm price of $0.30 per month.
